These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided by Strategized Marketing. By working with us or using our site, you agree to these terms.

By accessing our website or engaging Strategized Marketing for website design, Google Ads, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Strategized Marketing is a DBA of KNR Products, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA.
Strategized Marketing provides website design, Google Ads management, and related digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any project will be outlined in a written contract before work begins. We require a signed contract prior to starting any project.
To deliver the best results, clients agree to:
Website Design projects are billed 50% deposit to begin work and 50% upon completion (or according to the milestones stated in the contract).
Google Ads management is billed monthly in advance.
All invoices are payable according to the terms stated on the invoice. Work may be paused if invoices remain unpaid.
Once work has started on a project, all payments are non-refundable. This includes the initial deposit on website projects and any monthly Google Ads management fees already paid.
Website design projects include up to two (2) revision cycles per page. Additional revisions beyond this limit may be quoted separately or declined at our discretion.
After full payment, the client owns the final website design, custom content, and all work completed for them.
Website hosting remains under Strategized Marketing’s account unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may request a transfer of hosting at any time (additional fees may apply for the transfer process).
For Google Ads accounts: If the client chooses to stop ongoing management or optimization, they retain full ownership and access to their Google Ads account. We can pause the campaigns for them or leave them running. Once management ends, we will no longer monitor or optimize the account.
We may display completed websites in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client specifically requests that we do not. If you prefer your project not be shown publicly, simply let us know in writing.
While we use proven strategies and continuous optimization, we cannot guarantee specific results such as a set number of leads, sales, rankings, or return on ad spend. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including competition, market conditions, offer strength, and client follow-up.
Any examples or case studies shown on our website are illustrative and not guarantees of future performance.
We reserve the right to pause or cancel a project if the client becomes unresponsive for an extended period or is difficult to work with in a way that prevents progress.
If a project is cancelled (by either party), the client remains responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date. No refunds will be issued for work already performed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strategized Marketing (and KNR Products) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.
We treat client business information as confidential and will not share it with third parties except as needed to deliver services or as required by law.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, transmit harmful code, or scrape content without permission. We may suspend access if these terms are violated.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
